Notes about the hotel from the card reads as follows,`Largest hotel in the Carolina's, 400 rooms, each with private bath: 78 per cent of the rooms are priced at $3.50 or less, 59 per cent at $3 or less, 25 per cent at the minimum rate of $2.50, single.
