Selwyn Hotel

Sunnyside Rose Garden

The Sunnyside Rose Garden was planted in 1931 by the Charlotte Garden Club. At the time this postcard was taken, it contained 59 varieties of roses and 4,700 bushes. It was located on 7th Street. Physical Description: 3x5 Publisher: Genuine Curteich

Wilder Building

The Wilder Building was located at the corner of 3rd and South Tryon Streets. It was named for Dr. Hillory Madison Wilder, who once owned a residence on this site. Freedom Park
