Biographical Notes: 
His Army serial number was 1,329,781. He reported at a company rendezvous on 7/25/1917 under the call of the President. He was honorably discharged on 4/24/1919. He was buried at Elmwood Cemetery on 6/14/1923. A Georgia marble marker was placed on his grave by the War Mothers and the American Legion Auxiliary on 5/30/1928. .
