Biographical Notes: 
He served as the Constructing Quartermaster at Camp Greene. In a memo stored in Box 20 at the National Archives, he was concerned about two claims amounting to $1800 that needed to be paid to get the tenants to vacate the property they were on in 10/4/1917. Greene was trying to prepare the Rifle Range for military use.
