Biographical Notes: 
Sellars served as an officer while on the Mexican border. His company became a part of the 115th Machine Gun Battalion while at Camp Sevier. They went overseas as a unit of the 30th Division. He sent a cablegram to his wife that she received on 3/9/1919 that his battalion was sailing the previous day from St. Nazaire, France for America.
