Biographical Notes: 
Stationed at Camp Greene in June, 1918, he was involved in the stock car race at the fairgrounds. He begin flying and racing automobiles in 1908 and was regarded to be the most daring driver at the race on 6/12/1918. 'He is said to be the only man to loop-the-loop eight times in an aeroplane.'
