Biographical Notes: 
He was the only military chaplain at Camp Greene in November 1918. He served all men of all faiths. While on the base, he lived in the officers' row in the rear of camp headquarters. Mornings were spent making the rounds at the various hospitals. His afternoons were spent at the Knights of Columbus huts.
