Biographical Notes: 
He began practice in the Brenizer home on Ninth St. in Charlotte in 1911. He formed a hospital unit that consisted of staff members from Charlotte hospitals. The passage to Europe took 17 days on the Carmania.His name was on the Service Flag of First Presbyterian Church, Charlotte, NC. 9/22/1918. He suffered a heart attack in 1939 and retired from practice in 1942. He moved to New York and lived there until his death.He is buried at Elmwood Cemetery in Charlotte.
