Biographical Notes: 
He inspected the Liberty Theatre, and Camp Theatre, Liberty Park and reported on 1/14/1918 that he found them with 'ample exits in case of fire. In the case of the Liberty Theatre, with a capacity of one thousand, besides the front doors there are two doors on each side of the building and a stage entrance door. In the case of the Camp Theatre with a capacity of four hundred, besides the two front doors there is one door on each side near the stage.' This report comes in the form of a Memo and has a signature.
