Biographical Notes: 
He received a letter from his brother, who is at ground school in Minneapolis. They had gotten 30 large airplanes for men to use in training. Only one Liberty motor had been received. It could only be seen from a distance. Teter and his brother enlisted at Sheridan, Arkansas, as motor mechanics. They both went to Camp Grant, but they could not get in the same company.
