Biographical Notes: 
He immigrated to the U. S. in 1904 and was naturalized. Most of his life was spent in New Bedford, where he worked in textile mills and as a part-time barber. His draft card from WW II states his birthday as 3/13/1893. Six of his 10 children are listed. He had 17 grandchildren, eight of whom served in the military. He died in March, 1964.
