Biographical Notes: 
He was relieved of his duties as Camp Surgeon, on 1/19/1918, but he was to continue reporting to his replacement, Lieutenant Col. William R. Eastman, as his assistant. He became Camp Sanitary Officer at Camp Greene on 1/24/1918. He became Camp Surgeon again at Camp Greene on 4/20/1918. He was relieved of this job on 5/24/1918.
