Death Details/Burial/Memorial Services: He went overseas on 11-2-1943. His plan crashed over the English Channel after completing a mission. Two of the engines had been shot out by the enemy. Burial was at Brookwood American Cemetery 30 miles southwest of London. A memorial service was planned at Calvary Methodist Church.
