Death Details/Burial/Memorial Services: In 1943, he joined the Army Air Corps. He transferred to the Navy in early 1944. He was killed in a motorcycle accident on Feb. 17, 1944 or 45, near Pensacola, FL. Funeral held on Feb. 20 in the Presbyterian Church in Grenada, MS, with internment in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
