Sale of land belonging to the heirs by DR Dunlap to satisfy equity, including 50 acre Harris Tract on 12 Mile Creek: 50 acres on McMichael`s Creek: 110 acre Roach tract joining the Walker Place, the land of WF Springs, deceased, AA Springs, Dr. Ross and others: the 104 acre Walker Place of WF Springs and John Wilson: the 150 acre Mathew Bryan tract on the north east side of McMichael`s Creek and a 147 acre tract on the west side of the creek.
