Death Details/Burial/Memorial Services: Memorial service on Oct. 7, 1945 at Moravian Little Church on the Lane. While flying a disabled glider over the English channel, he ordered crew members to parachute and landed in the channel. Memorial marker in Cambridge, England cemetery.
