Biographical Notes:
He spent more than 12 years in the Army. 'In 1898 he served with the colors in the Porto Rica campaign, 1901 to 1903 inclusive he spent in the Philippines, and in 1906 he served in the Cuban pacificiation. Major Wilson entered the Medical Corps of the United States Army in 1901, and served unil 1907, when he resigned to continue practice in his old home town. In September, 1917 he entered the Medical Reserve Corps.' At college he took a lively interest in all sports, being especially fond of baseball, in which he participated with great pleasure. He is an energetic, affable little man, deeply interested in the welfare of every man under his care; and he enjoys the confidence, respect, and affection of every soldier and officer who has had the pleasure of knowing him.'
