Charlotte History 101/Steele Creek History 101:

How did Charlotte become the bustling city we see today? The library’s new Historian-in-Residence, Dr. Tom Hanchett, digs into those stories. Steele Creek native Linda Blackwelder adds stories of nearby places: Shopton Road, early churches, the African American McClintock Rosenwald School and more.
